Q: What are your lead times?
A: Stock items are one (1) business day. Value-added items are four (4) business days.
Q: Where do I email my orders?
A: Orders can be emailed to our customer service department at custserv@impact-products.com.
Q: Can I place an order on your website?
A: Yes and No. You can not place an order directly on our website, but you can email our
customer service department at custserv@impact-products.com.
Q: Do you sell the soap for the soap dispensers?
A: No.
Q: Is your catalog viewable on your website?
A: Yes. Under the Products tab, click on Product Catalog. From there you can either view our entire catalog
or an individual catalog section.
Q: Are your MSDS pages available on your website?
A: Yes. Under the Resource Library tab, click on Material Safety Data Sheets.
Q: Why aren’t all the Product Data Sheets available on your website?
A: We are working on updating our library of Product Data Sheets to get your the most accurate information.
Once they are updated, they will be available. In the mean time, if you need a specific sheet,
email customer service at custserv@impact-products.com.
Q: Will Impact wringers fit Rubbermaid buckets?
A: No.
Q: Will the Gator® dolly fit the Rubbermaid® Brute®?
A: Yes.
