Terms

Net 30 days (subject to credit approval). All prices in U.S. dollars. International orders must be payable in U.S. funds only. Prices subject to change without notice. No COD shipments. VISA and Mastercard accepted.

Minimum Order Policy

Orders less than $300 will have a $20 convenience charge added.

Returned Goods Policy

All returned goods will be subject to inspection and a 20% restocking charge. A return authorization number must be assigned before returning any products. Returns of private label products willnot be accepted.

Defective Merchandise

Impact's liability on defective merchandise will be limited. Impact will either repair/replace defective merchandise or issue a credit. Determination will be at the discretion of Impact.

Prices Effective

Impact web based catalog currently does not contain pricing information.

Orders

Any orders received exceeding $2,500 will require a written purchase order.

Special Packaging

Special packaging is available on most items at the following cost: dozen pack (over 48), add $0.05 each piece, ecept 24 oz. & 32 oz. bottles, add $0.07 each piece; individule pack (any quantity), add $0.50 each piece, ecept 2600 LobbyMaster™ Lobby Dust Pan and 2602 LobbyMaster™ "L" Grip Lobby Dust Pan, add $1.75; 2300 Siphon Pump, add $1.50.
